UPDATE: I take back what I said about Ron Paul. Although some of his ideas are sound, his opposition to gay marriage, border control and abortion disqualifies him as a Libertarian in my mind.
Ron Paul is the closest thing you, America, have to a libertarian candidate.
Ron Paul claims to be libertarian, and on many issues he is. He's too against abortion and gay marriage (he's in favour of blocking them) to be considered a libertarian in that arena and he needs to be taken on about this. But otherwise, the man is in favour of real liberty. Something, which you dearest America, seem to have forgotten about - your own liberty and that of others.
